Andrew Sendejo will also miss his fifth straight game for Vikings' defense against Bears fourth-ranked scoring offense.

Following the team's bye week, the Minnesota Vikings are getting healthier, but they will still be missing two defensive starters on Sunday night against the Chicago Bears.

Minnesota listed linebacker Anthony Barr (hamstring) and safety Andrew Sendejo (groin) inactive for Sunday night's road, primetime game.

Barr, who will miss his third straight game, had returned to practice on a limited basis this past week. Sendejo will be out for the fifth straight game and he didn't practice this week. Eric Wilson will start for Barr. Anthony Harris will start for Sendejo.

The Vikings (5-3-1) will try to take control of the NFC North against division-leading Chicago (6-3). The Bears are tied for fourth in the NFL with 29.9 points per game this season.

Minnesota is also without backup tight end David Morgan, who has a knee injury. Quarterback Kyle Sloter, running back Mike Boone, defensive end Tashawn Bower and defensive tackle Jalyn Holmes are also inactive for the Vikings.

That means receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs are active. Both were on the injury report this week. Thielen was limited with low back and calf injuries. Diggs missed the previous game with a rib injury but practiced in full this past week.

Running back Ameer Abdullah, claimed off waivers from Detroit during the bye, is also set to make his Vikings' debut.

Cornerback Xavier Rhodes and guards Tom Compton and Mike Remmers are active after dealing with injuries.
