Titans long anticipated first injury report of 2018 finally reveals Kendrick Lewis out and 4 others limited

The Tennessee Titans first injury report the most anticipated arrival since Navin Johnsons wait for the new phone book in The Jerk finally made an appearance on Wednesday.

As it was, the injury report contained just one player who was absent from practice. Safety Kendrick Lewis was missing due to a foot injury that has plagued him since the preseason game against Tampa Bay. Lewis has not been practiced since suffering the injury.

Elsewhere, the Titans finally revealed the injury to first-round pick Rashaan Evans as a hamstring injury, which had been suspected and rumored for several weeks. Evans was limited in Wednesdays work, as was second-round pick Harold Landry, who is nursing a right ankle sprain suffered against Pittsburgh in the Titans third preseason game.

Linebacker Derrick Morgan was limited with a knee injury, as was tackle Jack Conklin.

It remains to be seen whether any of those five players will progress enough to play in Sundays season opener in Miami.

As for the Dolphins, they were without receiver Devonta Parker, who suffered a broken finger and is reportedly out for Sundays game.
