At Missouri, Adams appeared in 41 games with 38 starts at right tackle.
Last year, he was part of an offensive line that ranked ninth nationally (second in the SEC) in fewest tackles for loss allowed (4.08 per game) and 11th nationally (second in the SEC) in fewest sacks allowed (1.08 per game) during the regular season.
He was also part of the nation’s 17th-ranked offense (fourth-best in the SEC), averaging 468.8 yards per game at the end of the regular season.
In 2018, he was honored as the Don Faurot Most Inspirational Award winner, the Big M Iron Man Award, and was voted as a team captain.
Adams will presumably compete with George Asafo-Adjei, Brian Mihalik and Chad Wheeler for the swing tackle position. However, some scouting reports opine that his skill set might be better suited for guard.
