Training Camp Roster Preview: OLB Keion Adams

What you need to know about outside linebacker Keion Adams

Background

Keion Adams, who like cornerback Sam Beal played his college ball at Western Michigan, was signed by the Giants before the start of their three-day mandatory minicamp after the team waived OLB Jeremiah Harris with an injury.

Adams, a seventh-round pick by the Steelers in 2017, has struggled to get his NFL career off the ground thanks to a shoulder issue that put him on injured reserve as a rookie.

Looking Ahead

When a player is signed as an injury replacement for another player, he's usually missed significant practice time. Such is the case for Adams who will look to take advantage of this summer to put some updated film out there should he find himself once again looking for an NFL team to call his home.

Nice that the preview starts with. LB. This may the most unpredictable position for the Giants as far as who makes the team and who the starters will be.
