USC linebacker Porter Gustin continues to make his progress in his rehabilitation from knee surgery.

Gustin underwent surgery to repair a minor meniscus tear earlier this month, an injury that the school said was expected to sideline him for two to four weeks.

Although he was on the field participating individual drills one week after the surgical procedure, Gustin posted a series of videos on his Instagram account earlier this week showing his workout regimen.

Finally able to get some drill work in today! Knee feels great, Ill be 100% soon, wrote Gustin above the Instagram post.

Two videos showed Gustin attacking a blocking sled, while another simulating coming out of his stance at the line of scrimmage. He also had one lifting weights with his injured knee.

Gustin had to be carted off the field on Aug. 7 and an MRI exam revealed the severity of the injury. Initial reports had Gustin set to miss up to six weeks.

The 6-foot-5, 255-pound Gustin was limited to four games as a junior last season as he dealt with a fractured toe and torn biceps. He had three sacks in his first three games before the injury bug hit.

Gustin has appeared in 28 games in three seasons with the Trojans, recording 14.0 sacks and 23 tackles for loss.
