OUTLOOK: A notorious hard worker who is being viewed by pro scouts as the total package. While Jacobs was never the workhorse back at Alabama, he showed off a well-rounded skill-set and was often used as a gadget player, constantly running in motion and being used on end-arounds or RPO reads. He likes to work his way to the edge and cut it outside, which could prove difficult to do on a consistent basis in the NFL but his overall skill-set is what has NFL teams buzzing.

Great guy who who worked hard to overcome obstacles throughout his life. Gruden was impressed with him at Sr. Bowl......Per Gil Brandt, Jacobs recalled on Sirius XM interview that Gruden told Jacobs that the Raiders would pick the Bama back with one of the team's three first round picks.
