THURSDAY INJURY REPORT: Cowboys D-line getting thin

Cowboys defensive end Tyrone Crawford (98) and defensive tackle David Irving (95) celebrate against the Washington Redskins during the second half at FedEx Field.Scott Taetsch-USA TODAY Sports

Dallas linemen David Irving, Taco Charlton, Antwaun Woods and Daniel Ross all out of practice.

A thin defensive line caused Dallas to get creative in practice this week, shuffling some backup offensive linemen to the defensive side for the purposes of drills.

If David Irving, Taco Charlton, Antwaun Woods and Daniel Ross can't go in Atlanta — and none of them practice on Wednesday or Thursday — it will be up to the DeMarcus Lawrence, Tyrone Crawford, Randy Gregory and the rest to find a way to pressure Falcons QB Matt Ryan.

Here's a look at the full injury report:

WR Tavon Austin did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday with a groin injury. He missed the last three games and is questionable at best this week.

DE Taco Charlton left the Tennessee game with a shoulder injury. He didn’t play against Philadelphia and didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday.

DT Maliek Collins left the Philadelphia game with a knee injury and didn’t practice on Wednesday, but he returned to practice in limited capacity on Thursday.

DE Randy Gregory had arthroscopic knee surgery during the bye week and didn’t play against Tennessee. He returned to action against Philadelphia and went through full practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

LB Sean Lee missed the Tennessee game with a groin injury that is expected to keep him out of action for several more weeks. He didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday.

RG Zack Martin came out of the Philadelphia game with a knee injury, but returned to the game. He didn’t practice on Wednesday, but came back and went through limited drills on Thursday.
