The Bengals today signed LB Brandon Bell off the practice squad and placed TE Tyler Kroft on the Reserve/Injured list.

Bell (6-1, 230), a first-year player, originally signed with the Bengals as a college free agent out of Penn State in 2017. He spent most of his rookie season on the team’s practice squad before signing to the active roster and playing in the final three games, recording seven tackles on defense and three tackles on special teams. The Bengals waived him on final cuts this year before signing him to the practice squad on Oct. 23.

Kroft, a fourth-year player, suffered a foot injury in Game 5 vs. Miami and was inactive for Games 6-9.
